Our Mission
Unidos sin Fronteras exists to celebrate Latino culture, empower our people, and create a workplace where every voice is valued. We aim to strengthen connections across TireHub by honoring our heritage, sharing our stories, and fostering an environment where collaboration and inclusion drive success for all.
Our Approach
- Build Community: Create a welcoming space where Latino Hubbers feel supported, connected, and proud of their culture and contributions.
- Empower Growth: Provide resources, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help Latino team members grow their careers and reach their full potential.
- Promote Inclusion: Collaborate with other HRGs and business leaders to ensure TireHub is a place where diversity is celebrated and every team member feels they belong.
- Give Back: Partner with local communities and organizations to extend our impact beyond TireHub, supporting initiatives that uplift Latino communities and open doors for future generations.

Day of the dead (dia de muertos) - November 1, 2025
Día de los Muertos – Day of the Dead
Día de los Muertos is a cherished tradition in many Latino cultures, celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. Far from being a day of sadness, it is a time of joy, remembrance, and connection. Families create colorful ofrendas (altars) with photos, flowers, candles, and favorite foods to honor loved ones who have passed, celebrating their lives and keeping their memory alive.
At TireHub, Unidos sin Fronteras embraces this tradition as a way to celebrate culture, family, and community. Día de los Muertos reminds us that while borders and time may separate us, love, memory, and unity keep us connected. It is a moment to reflect on those who came before us, the sacrifices they made, and the inspiration they give us to keep moving forward.
Symbols of Día de los Muertos:
- Marigolds (Cempasúchil): Bright flowers that guide spirits back with their color and fragrance.
- Sugar Skulls (Calaveras): A joyful reminder that life and death are part of the same cycle.
- Ofrendas (Altars): Decorated spaces filled with offerings of food, photos, and personal items to honor loved ones.
- La Catrina: An iconic figure symbolizing the beauty and humor of life, even in death.
By celebrating Día de los Muertos together, we honor our heritage while opening the door for all Hubbers to learn, share, and celebrate a tradition that is both deeply personal and universally human remembering those we love, and carrying their spirit with us into the future.
